We are pleased to inform you that the 13th International Review of Composers will take place in May 2004 in Belgrade, Serbia. 

Propositions

There are no geographical or age limits for composers wishing to apply.

Compositions must not be older than three years, and the ensembles are restricted to the following:

1. Symphonic orchestra;
2. String quartet/quintet;
3. Woodwind quintet (with French horn);
4. Brass quintet;
5. Chamber ensembles up to 9 (nine) instruments, with or without tape and/or voice (brass is strictly limited to French horn);
6. Electronics.

Works must be submitted by February 1, 2004 to the following address:

Beside a legible score indicating the approximate duration of the work, the applications should include a short CV, comment on the work, recent photograph, and a CD if possible. The applicants are also requested to provide full mailing information, including e-mail address to facilitate communication.

The selection will be made by Festival Director and the Art Council during the first half of February whereupon the decisions will be made public.
